Project Description:

This was my first project I got to work on during my internship at Oliver Myles Interiors. The clients wanted to give their old cottage style home a new fresh and modern look. I was given a general run down of what they wanted to house to look like and the materials and finishes they has picked out.

The clients were not set on an exact design, hence I created three different models of the house in SketchUp so they were able to get a clear vision of their different options. The clients loved the aqua blue finish on the original door of the house and were insistent of incorporating this colour somewhere into the new design.

Original House

The actual structure of the front of the house will remain the same, only changes to be made include the colour of the house, the door, the front step and path as well as the fence and mailbox.
